What a great time last September - 4-wheelin' in the great Northern Maine Wilderness. Brought up 2 flatlander friends and they had a great time - one was from El Salvador and the other was from Russia. Couldn't have had a better host or stay - thanks Jean, see you again this September!!!

Gene, thanks again for the hospitality, it was great to see you again. We had a great trip, 1,100 miles in total from Rangeley to Camel Brook and back. Thanks again for the use of the garage, the heated grip held up all the way back to Rangeley. I hope the snow is still pilling up in Fort Kent. Next time I will bring Hunter a bone, hope to see you next year. Pat/Tim/Jim..

Thanks again for everything, we stayed last winter for long weekend and you couldn't ask for a better host. If your looking for a clean, comfortable place with all the fixings Camel Brook Lodge is the place to go. We stayed again this summer on a motorcycle trip with other family members and its a beautiful spot, it would be great for just relaxing or even a great place to stay to do some 4-wheeling everything at your door. We can't wait to go back, I'm sure we can fill the place next winter. See you soon.

Spent one week snowmobiling at Camel Brook Camps, first time up in the Fort Kent area and was a little apprehensive but you need to go were the snow is. What we found was a jewel in the North Maine Woods, starting with Camel Brook Camps. Clean rustic cabins with all the modern amenities that make it an unforgettable stay! Jean is an outstanding host with his trusty companion “Hunter”, a very energetic yellow Lab that you will fall in love with within two minutes of your stay, always looking to greet you with a light tug on your sleeve. Trail access is right outside your cabin and a heated garage in case you need a warm place to do some sled repairs; we took full advantage of this! (Sure beats inside a cold trailer!). The town of Fort Kent has all the modern convinces of a small city, yet on the doorsteps of true wilderness!! I cannot say enough of the hospitality of the people in Fort Kent or the entire region that could not be anymore helpful, truly catering to the snowmobile public. Bottom line Fort Kent and Camel Brook Camps will definitely see our return business. Jean thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
